The Article Page width is affected by KB settings:

  • choice of KB Template vs Current Theme Template setting. Learn More
  • the search box width
  • the article content width
  • the sidebars width

a) Search Box Width

To update the search box width, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the admin ⮞ knowledge base ⮞ configuration page
  2. Click on the "Settings" tab.
  3. Go to the "KB Article Page" section.
  4. Find the "Search Box" section.
  5. Update the width value, specifying whether it's in pixels (px) or as a percentage (%).
  6. Visit the frontend to check the page width. If it is smaller than expected and you have selected the Current Theme Template, then check your theme settings. Learn More

b) Article Page Width

  2. Click on the "Settings" tab.
  3. Go to the "KB Article Page" section.
  4. Find the "Settings" section.
  5. Update the width value, specifying whether it's in pixels (px) or percentage (%).
