Access to KB Main Page (where shortcode is stored) is restricted based on access to individual categories and articles. KB Main Page is public if any of the following is true:

• One or more KB Categories are public.
• One or more KB Articles are public.

Otherwise KB Main Page will stay private and not accessible to logged out users.
