Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) can be displayed on the KB Main Page using either the FAQs Block or the FAQ shortcode.
To display FAQs on the KB Main Page, choose one of these options:
a) Use the KB FAQs block
b) Use the KB FAQs module (part of the KB shortcode; details below)
